TERMS
The terms you accept by ordering from this store.
01 — WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM
MERCY.EXE is operated by [TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE LAUNCH]. Placing an order means you accept these terms and the policies linked from them.
02 — ORDERS AND PRICING
Prices are in US dollars and are shown per item, exclusive of any duties charged at the destination. Your card is charged for the total shown at the payment step, which is recalculated on the server from the current catalogue — a price displayed by a stale page is never what gets charged.
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the order confirmation is sent. If an item is mispriced or unavailable, the order can be cancelled and refunded in full before dispatch, and you will be told why.
Discount codes apply to the order subtotal, cannot be combined unless a promotion says so, and can be withdrawn at any time.
03 — DIGITAL GOODS
Buying a digital item grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it and to keep your own copies. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork.
Public performance, broadcast, resale, redistribution and use in any other work — including video, games, advertising and AI training datasets — are not permitted under this licence.
- Visual packs may be used in your own non-commercial work with credit.
- Commercial use needs a separate written licence — ask, and it will usually be granted.
- Download links are personal to your order and should not be shared.
04 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, design and copy on this site are the property of [TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE LAUNCH] or its licensors. Nothing here is licensed for reproduction on merchandise, print or resale.
05 — LIABILITY
The store is provided as it is. Liability for any order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
06 — GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the law of [TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE LAUNCH], and the courts of [TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE LAUNCH] have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Your own statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
