Every surface in a modern life is talking. Notifications, feeds, forecasts, adverts read aloud by people who were paid to sound certain. None of it is addressed to anyone in particular.
WORLD ON MUTE is what is left when the volume goes down: the shape of the noise, without the noise. A signal that kept transmitting after everybody stopped listening for it.
The garments are the artefacts. Printed and stitched to order, worn by whoever recognises the transmission.
